HorizonKnock Settings
Configure how members can knock on locked channels created by a generator.
Members can use /knock to ask the owner of a locked channel to let them in. As a server admin you decide per generator whether knocking is available and how it behaves.
Where to find this?
Open the Dashboard, select your server, pick the correct Creator Channel and navigate to the Others Tab.
Enable or disable knocking
Knocking is a regular feature and can be turned off in the Features Tab like any other. See Toggle Features. The knock settings in the Others Tab only show up while the feature is enabled.
Settings

| Move accepted members in | Off | If a member is sitting in another voice channel when their knock is accepted, they are moved into the channel automatically. |
| Knock expires after | 300 seconds | How long a knock can be answered. Afterwards the message changes to "expired" and the buttons are removed. Allowed range: 60 to 900 seconds. |
| Cooldown between knocks | 600 seconds | How long a member has to wait before knocking on the same channel again. Set it to 0 to disable the cooldown. Allowed range: 0 to 3600 seconds. |
Who can answer knocks
The channel owner can always answer knocks. Channel moderators can answer them if they have the Answer Knocks permission, which is enabled by default. You can change this in the Channel Moderators section of the Access Tab. See Channel Moderators.

Sent, accepted and denied knocks show up in the Moderation Log.
